As 2020 wind’s down, we think about all the uncertainties, stress, and anxiety that a lot of us endured during this pandemic.

It is especially important that we take care of ourselves and our loved ones during this holiday season. Some of us will be far away from our loved ones and won’t be able to gather and celebrate as we have in the past, so it is especially important that we focus on our mental health. Host virtual Christmas festivities and check in on loved ones. And of course, eating healthy and exercising will help reduce anxiety and stress, and it is particularly important to stay hydrated, as many of us don’t drink an adequate amount of water during the cooler months.

Finally, get enough rest; it is important for an adult to get 6-8 hours of sleep a day!
